Re: Confused: How can my urine and saliva ph be SOOO DIFFERENT???

Hi

I invite you to read this thread //www.curezone.org/forums/am.asp?i=1574985
to get an idea on why there might be a difference between saliva and urine pH.

When you measured an alkaline urine pH, did you eat a good amount of protein before?

The digestion of protein will produce ammonia, which is alkaline. But this is not an indication of alkalizing.

http://www.google.ca/#hl=en&source=hp&q=protein+digestion+ammonia&aq=f&aqi=&a...

The following quote from http://articlesofhealth.blogspot.com/2009/07/twenty-five-sceintific-points-in...

"7) After a rich protein or sugary meal, the urine pH becomes alkaline. Protein and Sugar nourishment then react in acidic fashion in the organism by the production of sulfuric, phosporhoric, nitric, uric, lactic, and acetylaldehyde acids, respectively, but also through the formation and excretion of base in the urine. This is a double loss of bases."

For an introduction to the Moreless' alkalizing protocols, you can go to this link //www.curezone.org/forums/fm.asp?i=1432095#i

Good luck

WIEL
