OMG! Thank you so much! I called the school and they said that he could sign a paper and not get the vaccine! I am so glad I asked this question! The medical form clearly stated "required" and my doctor, who usually believes in natural medicine, told me to go to a clinic to get it. I was sick over it because my doctor didn't seem to want to help.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart...I feel so much better now because EVERY time I heard that a student died from meningitis, it always said they were vaccinated but it was a different form. Typical.
