It's important to know that the body actually runs on sugar- Good sugar, that is. Natural, organic plant sugars. But a sick body can't tolerate the good sugars, because it's been so messed up by the bad; the denatured baked goods; processed, devitalized sugars, edible plastics and assorted chemicals and other toxins that are always hiding in with "bad sugars", etc. etc. But real, organic fruit, tree-ripened and pesticde-free is something a body will naturally crave,
and delight in, if the body (and the fruit) is in a good, balanced state.


This gets into the good salt - bad salt thing:
we have been sold "bad salt" (while the minerals are stripped from it and sold back to us as mineral supplements) for so long now, it's easy to convince the majority of consumers that ALL SALT IS POISON. Is is most certainly NOT. (sorry about the caps/shouting)

Good, pure, carefully harvested salt has always been one of the precious cargos of this planet. There are more than 70 minerals in good Sea Salt , and it's quite mniraculous to see the way a person who almost feels crazy with symptoms of ill health can suddenly feel fine, after a glass of water with a pinch of said good salt.

This happened to me. About nine years ago--and started my journey away from most mainstream ideas, and all MDs.

Good fruits are loaded with sugar(in a form the body loves and can assimilate) and minerals. Lots of minerals. (and what's called vitamins. And much else that has not yet even been "discovered".

It's no secret to the fruit! :-)
