I should put off the dreaded iherb order, and just order the yogurt maker :)

Mine is definetly a liver copper dump going on. It could be from moving a bunch of stuff (blocking the liver) out of the way, and releasing more copper to be dumped..the cancer, tellerium, and Lead especially.

I'm getting that it's:
hourly-
2000 mg coral calcium
1/4 tsp (900 mg) MSM
TMG- 1/4 tsp

every 2 hours:
1 NAC
1/4 tsp ascorbate acid
1/2 tsp ghee

every 3 hours:
1,000 mcg moly
2,000 mg Lysine
1 phos-choline

hmm, that's gone up now-
now I am showing for 3 tsps of Real Vervaine every 2 hours


I'll bet by tomorrow...I won't need 1/4th of this stuff :)
