Re: Gallbladder thumping - Is this an attack?

I think that I've had the same thing and it turned out to be muscle spasms - I would notice more at night and there was no pain but it sure kept me from going to sleep. It beat in rythem with my heart. It is either happening in your esophagus, upper intestine or gall bladder. For me it cleared up a good deal after I went on a gluten free diet and comes back when I'm accidently glutened or when I eat some food that irritates my gut, when I am dehydrated or when I feel I need to do a liver flush. You'll need to get the congestion out of that area, whether its partly digested food that is hanging up in your gut, parasites, stones impeding the flow of bile or sludgy bile.

You are not taking enough Epsom Salts to relax the bile ducts and to induce a good purge. Drink more water or peppermint or spearment tea until you are urinating often then do the Epsom Salts . I find Epsom Salts irritating so add a tablespoon of milk of magnesia, some vitamin c and sometimes the herbal laxative Cascara Sangrada in a cup of water to dislodge the contents of the small intestine. Many of us find we have more success when we do a complete program - parasites, dissolving/softening the stones and liver flush.

People often don't realize that the egg shell carries enteric bacteria which can cause intestinal problems. Diluted ethanol/Vodka, human safe Iodine solutions will kill these off but if you have touched the unsterile eggs the bacteria will be on your fingers.
