Well one kilo is 1000 grams so it is 500 grams. I kilo is 2.2 pounds. I will imagine it is 1 1/2 cups to two cups.

Now I put all the ingredients in a bowl and with a wooden spoon mix them all together, but the herbalist used a mixer and then add the nuts at the end and stirred those in.

Take one teaspoon a day.
