how did you fix the methylation cycles?

i think mine are screwed b/c when i took SAMe i felt so much better so quickly. also MSM test very strong for me and does me good...

however i stopped to take SAMe since i didnt find a single brand that didnt have the either acrylic acid or the hydroxypropyl methylcellulose phthalate.


anyhow i think im going to start again since i felt so good on it. i guess the doctrine takes care of the acrylic acid and/or the phtalate for me anyhow?
