Se from those Brazil nuts is mainly SeMC which will not bind to metals so to compare that with a group using Selenomethionine shows a failure to understand the issue..

In short, methylation can be broken anywhere along the line from Se to SeMC, 5-HTP, SAMe, also in multiple places...something like a total of 40 steps from Selenite to SAMe...

On that note, I have not needed Se since fixing the methylation cycle, I have had to take some SeMC for cancer flare ups.
