Could be because the company owner Greg Caton was infamously kidnapped and brought back to the US from Ecuador to face charges a few months ago.  Or it could be because the FDA has his company squarely in their radar.  I have had reports from others of orders not being delivered and orders held up at Customs.

If you are able to obtain any black salve, be very, very careful and follow the directions exactly.  I found out the hard way that black salve which has a high zinc content can eat holes in you wherever it is applied, especially if you overdo it. I do note that mine did not come from the same folks.
