Re: Why citrus?

Love this forum. Was planning to flush today (chronic sinus congestion, allergies, fatigue). colonic yesterday (lately seems to bring on more sinus symptoms including the throbbing pressure headache). Feel inc'd weakness, somewhat shaky, more sinus & ear congestion, tummy kinda yucky. Feel I pretty much always have slight sinus infection, just some days worse than others. Not sure if I should go ahead & flush anyway. I know Andreas says to flush if it's chronic and don't if it's acute but this is a bit of both, maybe. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
