Hey there - i know this reply is very late as this thread was started ages ago, but I went to 'the westminster practice' about 5 years ago and really want to share my experience.
To summarize it in two words...rip off.
This Gary guy that works there is greedy amd smarmy and i really do not think you should go there if you have a serious issue. I showed up with a mildly inflamed scalp, and after lining his pockets with hundreds of pounds, found myself with a terrible infection after using his topical concoctions. I was told it would get worse before it gets better, warned of red wine and cheese (wtf) and sent on my way with a cheesy smile, not before shelling out more cash.
I am convinced the treatment i received there started me on a downward spiral and left me depressed and angry.
