Goji berries for hypo

When I decided to finally take charge of my health (and throw away the meds) one of the first things I tried were dried goji berries. They were all the rage at the time.

There were lots of good benefits including the way I looked and felt (a secret weapon when you absolutely positively have to look 10 years younger). But one thing I wasn't expecting at all was that it completely cured a lifelong problem with hypoglycemia. I didn't know they were even supposed to help, but the hypo went away and stayed away even after I stopped taking the Gojis (I'd eat them for breakfast lunch and dinner if they weren't so expensive).

I was used to getting dizzy and faint regularly for 20 years whenever my blood Sugar was low, and suprisingly the Goji berries sent it packing never to return. 5 years later I still have no problems skipping meals, fasting etc. Amazing.

They're expensive, but as a complete and lasting cure - a real bargain. I was probably going through a good 5-10 lbs a month at $100-$200 for several months.
