When you figure out how you've been duped by both medical information, and Alternative practitioners, it makes you pretty mad- huh John? John goes round and round with people here on CZ that will never get it.

--"Vitamin D" is NOT a vitamin. It is a steroid hormone. A STEROID, just like Prednisone. What do steroids do? Shut off the immune system.

--Blood tests only test for one type of "Vitamin D" which will ALWAYS be low for those with Lyme, stealth bacterias, & specific viruses.

--the problem is that the L-form bacterias, HRES-1 virus, sarcoides..block the "D" receptor sites.

While the type of D shows deficient/low on tests, the other type of D is not low, but high. But, Dr's don't know to even test for that.

"Vitamin D" messes up your immune system.

I gotta go--John if you're around, can you finish showing her why all the Vitamin D hype is damaging us? Thanks
