Epson Salt makes me extremely ill

I used Epson Salt on my first flush and got so sick I almost called 911. I read on this form a long time ago that most people get sick from Epsom Salt because they use too much. So I tired again at half strength and still got sick.
I do the Classic Coke flush now. That calls for drinking a 10oz bottle of magneisum citrate the morining after the flush. It is a lot easier to tolerate than Epsom Salt.
