Humaworm (here in Curezone as Ask Humaworm) sells Humana Tea (the same ingredients as Essiac but more afordable) to help with the detoxing and die off symptoms. Post your message over on his forum. He also formulates a vermifuge for children (and pets). Another Standard process product that might help is Okra Pepsin, it helps clear mucoid plaque from the bowel.
