Interested in IP but had a few questions

Hi Uny and everyone. I have been "sick" for about 13 or so years now. The two conditions we have narrowed it down to are Lyme, Lupus or both. Have tested positive for both, but anyone familiar with these two issues knows it's not as cut and dry as that. Lupus can immitate Lyme. Lyme can immitate Lupus. Lyme can trigger Lupus, etc. Anyway, for sure I know I am toxic. I can feel it. Over the years I have done tons of parasite cleanses, candida cleanses, several liver flushes, candida diets, no dairy, no sugar, no wheat, no f'ing flavor or life! Sorry, I am just so frickin' p.o.'d right now (got the Lupus diagnosis this afternoon and while it is not a shock to me, I am just so upset). Anyway, I am interested in doing the protocol but had a few questions.

1. Can I use a Rife while doing the IP?

2 After the program is completed, must one stay raw, or can they implement healthy, organic, lean proteins back in?

3. If one has candida, can you still do the fruit and molasses aspects of the protocol?

4. How long can one stay on the program safely, eating so little?

5. Is the Superfood the Shultz Superfood?

6. Should one expect die-off or herxing?

7. Any additional supplements you would suggest for Lyme and Lupus?
