I am no expert in this subject, but I have spent a considerable amount of time looking about for different products. The seem so easy to get in the USA, but not here. In fact, they are actually available here, they just seem to go under different names.

I know that you can get things cheaper from other sources, but start with http://www.drclark.com and click on books and products (a couple of times) and you'll eventually get to a page where you can purchase this stuff. I know a lot of this stuff is actually written in Spanish now.

You can order the Epsom Salts off her site, and while it might be a bit more expensive than purchasing the stuff yourself, it will arrive in one box at your door and all you have to do it open it and use it. Good luck with this stuff. It is difficult in the beginning, but just try it -- you won't believe that difference that it will make in your life.

Follow the procedues and make sure not to eat fat foods 24 hrs before the start and you'll be ok. You really should do the parasite program (and maybe the kidney program -- which I have not yet done!) or something before you start, but start now!!
