Parasite/Bowel Cleanse

I was looking into doing the IP cleans program. But have decided to do smaller cleanses first until I have enough PTO (Paid time off) to take a full month off from work to do the IP program.

My question is this, For a parasite Cleans/Bowel cleans what are the exact items that I need to buy and how often do I take them? I read the links but am slightly confused (because I am dumb I guess). And do I Have to do enemas? Or can I do a parasite cleanse effectively with just taking items by mouth. To scared to try an enema haha!
