Anything that's both antifungal/antiparasitic AND antibacterial will eventually kill you. Other (healthy) people? Nope. But you? YES.

Why is that? Well, when you have an infestation of fungi and/or parasites + half-dead gut flora, guess what is more resilient? Yep, the flora will die long before your unwanted guests, because it is already losing the battle, and you are just helping the enemy.

PS to make it really-really simple: taking antifungals that are also antibacterial is like trading pawns in a war with the Chinese. Sure, your kill ratios might even look to be in your favour, BUT the enemy's got a lot more men to lose, and the good guys will be the first to run out. GAME OVER.
