Tiny completely disinfected cavity in tooth will naturally fill with bone?

Has anyone seen any documented medical evidence that a clean uninfected hole in the tooth will fill with bone? You know a cavity which is not infected with anything...actually not a cavity because a for it to be a cavity it has to be infected by parasites and toxins excreted by them... So remember just a clean, uninfected hole.
