Use what you have on hand in the interim if you do not have CS (silver hydroxide water)...

1. gargle and swish well with a solution of a whole salt dissolved in water

2. magnesium hydroxide dissolved in water (milk of magnesia)

3. an edible clay dissolved in water...

4. a solution of lime water (calcium hydroxide)... note that dilution must be understood and practiced with these things. More is not necessarily better. Dentistry has used calcium hydroxide for these reasons specifically... look it up.

5. a 3% H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) solution

Any of these things on their own, or used separately, but rotated throughout the day, should help considerably, if not completely.

Oil pulling may be a good thought as well... as my wife had incredible results with this using an organic, cold pressed oil.

I would do these as often as you could throughout the day with a minimum on arising, after lunch, and right before bed. Perhaps adding 3 more times between meals.

Keep your teeth clean, and especially brush well at a 45 degree angle along the gum lines using 3% H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) on the brush along with baking soda... or a mixture of edible clay and\or baking soda and a bit of salt.

DO NOT USE commercial toothpastes or mouthwashes... these *kill* and destroy the VERY beneficial flora in your oral and nasal passages.

Of course flossing and\or using a small oral brush pick along your gum-line and between your teeth, will help a lot too *if* you are certain to get under the gum line with them.

Fermented foods and\or probiotics are indicated. Oral probiotics may be an option - look into them.

I would also suggest, if this all does not seem to be efficacious enough in the time you have to work with, and\or the severity of your problem, looking into proteolytic\systemic enzymes.
