What does this mean?

Hi,

I know nothing about numerology. I am here because 3 years prior to my mother's death I began to see 313 everywhere, everyday at some point. Each year I felt that maybe it was another 911 or something it was so strong. My mother then passed away on March 13th, 313. I still see it now, not as often and maybe because I'm just so aware. Anyone one have an explanation or the same experience? Tweet
