Re: My Fast(ing) Day 9

Hey Catch22,

A big congrats on reaching 9 days.

If you didn't know... sunbathing works. It really does. I haven't really had a chance to get any in the last few days because of the weather and overall lack of desire/too tired. I did, however, get some rays in this morning and it did wonders..

I am curious, what exactly did it do for you? Anything besides the "at peace/relaxed" benefit? I've been doing it too. I know it's good but i'm not sure what obvious benefits i have received. It's hard to know what i would have felt like without it.

It may also be the fact that my brain finally processed that 10 days is 10 days.. and I'm getting closer to that.

Yes getting 24 hours from your goal can be quite invigorating.

I have still been watching juicing/raw food videos, but I don't think it has any affect on me... I'm more trying to figure out and learn as much about the post fast lifestyle that I've chosen as I can.

Can you summarize what you  have learned?   What juices do you expect to be drinking?

I busted out this old school juicer that my mom threw into the back of my car the last time I was home... I'm hoping [it]still works though.

If you haven't thought of this i might suggest that you test it (not necessarily dirtying it up, but making sure it spins). Then if by chance it doesn't, it gives you a chance to plan ahead for your alternative. You can always hand squeeze citrus in a pinch.

One more day. Great job :).
