Re: Methodology of personal responsibility

Educating and inviting change usually works much better than tears, threats, force.

Taking action oneself is dignifying and empowering. Waiting for others to act can be a stressful, humiliating, and powerless. Folks with MCS def do NOT need more humiliation, or lack of control.

Anyway, last I checked, legal precedents were not clearly in favor of granting reasonable acomodation to folks with MCS even tho the disability act [in USA] requires it.

So, better to find a creative solution and take action than sit around angry or whining, being a victim. Healthier for us, and far less expensive and stressful than litigation that is likely to be unsuccessful.

Ever hear of the saying, "When life hands you lemons, make lemonade???"

Glad U got a giggle out of this. Laughter is very good medicine!!!
