anaerobic exercise = better flush
how's everyone. i haven't commented in a while, i'm about to do my 8th or 9th flush tonight, i lost track of how many i've done, but throughout this whole process i have yielded good results. anyway, on my last flush i did something different. i exercised! normally, i don't exercise on the days of my flush, because i figure my body will need more energy later to deal with the traumas that come with the flush. but let me tell you, anaerobic exercise makes a big difference. i exercised by accident because i wasn't planning on flushing that night, but i ended up flushing because i had the night to myself. i flushed out about a dozen inched sized green stones along with hundreds of little ones, which is probably my best flush yet. i did some research after, and it said that anaerobic exercise raises your metabolism for 18 hours post exercise, so i'm guessing metabolism may have something to do with flushing. anyway, it helps so do your exercises, but don't overwork yourself. be reasonable. i did a couple sets of pushups, pullups and squats, but i didn't rest between sets. keep up the good work guys, and i hope everyone achieves what they're aiming for.
