I never eat wheat anymore. I liked eating it with hummus and I realized I always got pain in my right breast.
Since I usually was sitting on the couch I tried eating it standing up or sitting at the table and I always had the same reaction.
Later I found on a forum that it was a trigger point from the lower left intestine.
Now never have a problem anymore, these things are just scary but who expect to have a pain in the right breast from eating.
I don't have trouble with cheese but when possible I buy organic grassfed cheese or imported Dutch cheese.
