Since we all are different there is seldom one cure for everyone.
I started liverflushing 10 years ago because I needed surgery for a gallstone. And after 4 months in allergy season I realized that I had not noticed it was allergy season. Since that day I have not had any problems.
My allergies always were in the head, sinus often felt like a tooth infection, ears aching or tickling, brain fog.
Had it for 50 years.

My first 2 flushes were very hurtfull in my head, I even called the doctor the pain was so bad, but since the symptoms did not reflect a cold they told me to have a brain scan done. Of course I did not go since I could not tell them that I had done a liverflush.

Though this worked for me unexpectly, it might not be for everybody. I know some people get lower cholesterol readings but the flushes did not do that for me.

So I would see what has worked for other people and try one method at a time and hope you will find what will work for you. Tweet
