I‘m in the begening stage of planting garlic, my questions are,
1. Does it matter if the clove is small or big? I wanted to save the big fat ones to do tincture and plant the slim ones.
2. How effective is it to treat the cloves of garlic for some possible fungal and pest infestation that is “virtually undetectable until they strike” in baking soda solution for 12 hours and then soak them in 40 proof vodka for a couple of minutes right before planting, the vodka that’s all I have at hand now.
