"But here i am now 16 days on water fast ( only drinking water mostly resting doing some walk but thats about it ) and i have yet to see a diference with the loose skin i have .
So please tell me should i end then fast now or is there any hope still that i will get rid of my loose skin?"

Likely 2/3 of the weight you have lost so far in the fast is temporary loss consistingly mostly of water. Once you break the fast and this water weight comes back on (probably within 3 weeks of breaking the fast), your skin will be noticeably tighter than it is now.
