Re: is candida genetic or any allergy toyeast in the intestines?

I have been on the candida diet for.....9 months now. I was extremely strick for months and months, with lots of allergy testing. I now mostly eat everything except white flour/rice, nothing white and sugar. I still use xylitol on my cereal. My doctor told me if I stay below 20 or 30 grams of sugar, I'll be ok. I probably get less than 10. I feel good and am taking IgG2000DF, probiotics, kefir, and just retested with metametrix and saliva test. Hoping the yeast in the gut has gone down, just paranoid about getting the vaginal yeast. Early on, it was so bad. I know mine was from parasites which I will forever do cleanses. I never had problems before this happened. Tweet
