Magnesium malate should be something people are taking regularly for the magnesium anyhow. Any other type feeds Lyme. Magnesium deficiency will cause plenty of problems by itself, and is also needed with calcium. Because Lyme feeds off of magnesium, if magnesium malate is not being supplemented regularly, lyme alone will cause a person to be mag deficient. Magnesium, and calcium deficiencies were two things I found as problems for the friend with MS...who definetly has had Lyme coinfections as a priority pathogen to deal with.
6C Alumina is still better than the best Mag Malate (1:5). 30C is about the same pellet to capsule as one AOR Mag Malate which is equal to 5 other Mag Malate.
One Tri-boron is equal to 10 pellets of 30C. The reason for the "Tri" is to have it bound to different amino acids including asparatate as to get it everywhere ASAP.
