Thanks so much. Glad to know I was not imagining this. The recommended dose is 3 capsules, 2x a day for maintenance and 4 capsules, 3x a day for health management. I was doing the 3 caps. 2x a day to start. Should I just try 2, 2x a day? Thanks.
