Humaworm, can milk thistle alone cause a healing crisis?

I took 3 milk thistle this morning with breakfast, 600 mg. each (that was the dose on the bottle). I felt fine, no problems and I have taken milk thistle many times in the past with no problem. However I have not taken it for about a year or so before this time, when I did humaworm and humacleanse and again, no problems.

Anyway, I've felt like my liver has been struggling (light colored stool, pain between shoulder blades, etc.) so I thought I would go back on it. So like I said, I took my morning dose and no problems. Then a few minutes ago (about 6 hours after taking the milk thistle), I started having like a die-off reaction, i.e. pulse racing a bit, feeling jittery, etc. Could this be like liver die-off, or the milk thistle somehow cleasning liver toxins? I would really like to stay on this as I know it is so good for me, and I figured it I was going to have a problem, it probably would have been within the first hour or so, not 6 hours later.
