Do you have any supp. sources? I know it may be advertising, but if anything, can you explain why you chose your certain sources for supplementation.

I work 12 hour nights and drink 1 cup of coffee early on in the shift. But, I do supplement as well. I, Se, Mag, and others.

May you clarify your Mag Malate dose? For example, 3 grams total mag + malic acid? Usually, the malic acid is much greater than the mag in a dose. Tweet
