I was happy to see you still posting. I have been away from the forum several days. i lost my fast and have to start a new one (lots of self-convincing/preparing to do!) Post-fast i did very well staying within my boundaries that I have to respect (though did slip 1/2 times and really suffered , also suffering when I followed my boundaries but they were not disciplined enough to accommodate how ill my body is... still -- i got real palpable benefits from my fast -- it lasted 4 1/2 days -- not long but a big achievement for me. ... I aim to start a 7-day fast on Tuesday, i.e., in 6 days. i will do a regular 36-hour weekly-type fast starting tonight & try to work on preparing myself as I say for the 7-day fast.
Anyway -- I wanted really to comment on your post instead of on myself! I saw your post and wanted to praise you again. I really appreciate that you are going slowly into food and really respecting your body. it provides the perfect example for me!
i think refeeding is the most important, hardest part and hope you post a lot here for whatever support you need to go slowly or whatever.
