you have to get the gut empty in order for it to purge instead of store more crap(literally). i have seen the colons taken out of some people and they are gross. they are filled, engorged tissue full of half digested and rotting material. it takes time, time empty, and time eating a proper diet to correct this.

another problem in the gut is lack of oxygen. an oxygen based colon conditioner can do wonders if this is the problem.
