Some ideas to consider as you make your decision -- Listen to what feels right to you. I don't have experience with gram doses of SSKI. But Trapper has said many times how his first "level" was 300 mg Lugol's, the second was 600 mg magnetized Lugol's, then when he did gram doses of SSKI a whole other level of healing happened. Just know that gram doses are not meant for long-term, but can be therapeutic. I think people's sizes matter, their toxic loads, their everyday exposure. Consider you may never be totally free of bromine, because it permeates our world. For instance, I'm just looking to reduce my stored load so that I can process more easily whatever I come in contact with. Regarding your other complaints, iodine will only help them specifically if they're the result of iodine deficiency. Generally the body uses iodine as it sees fit, without regard to what you want it to do.
