Re: Really achy hip and back plus nausea?

My urine is full of white blood cells(from the proteins, i think, since many years ago. Recently i took a urine lab test, and they said i don't have any infection. Afterwards i took a 3D ultrasound, and the result was i have fine sand on both my kidneys. What do you think, the sand explains the large amount of white blood cells in my urine? What else could be the cause? And what herbs with no side effects are good to clean the kidneys? Thank you.

The "sand" can cause damage to the kidneys, which would allow protein in the urine and increase white blood cells.

There are a number of different types of kidney stones such as uric acid stones, oxalate stones, phosphate stones struvite stones. Most though are generally either uric acid or oxalate stones. Nettle leaf and magnesium malate are both great for both types of stones.

Watch your intake of high oxalate foods such as chocolate and spinach. High doses of vitamin C will also raise oxalate levels. Also limit substances that raise uric acid such as alcohols especially beer, proteins and algaes.
