Re: Really achy hip and back plus nausea?

My urine is full of white blood cells(from the proteins, i think, since many years ago. Recently i took a urine lab test, and they said i don't have any infection. Afterwards i took a 3D ultrasound, and the result was i have fine sand on both my kidneys. What do you think, the sand explains the large amount of white blood cells in my urine? What else could be the cause? And what herbs with no side effects are good to clean the kidneys? Thank you. Tweet
