I just want to let you know that treating o-volvulus might take a long time (it's still an issue for me), especially the 'tumor' part of it - see Newport's scriipt for that part especially if you're not getting a hit with other stages (adults etc.).

So be ready for a long ride with this one. It definitely can cut your circulation because of the huge volume of it. Tweet
