Microwave is nice cause you don't expect any scrubbing of pans, BUT... I gave mine away in order not to be tempted anymore. You are not alone, I am nausea today and crying since I'm up from depression. This day will pass, I have no fear, but it is a hard one. My younger son stopped by for a minute and I couldn't help but bursting out in tears (I hate that so much). Tomorrow is another day! (Scarlet O"Hara, Gone with the wind). Lets keep up the good job!!
