I think we should have some rules to not allow in our group anybody who “grab a bite” while fasting. Just kidding. Vidda, I hope you are doing OK, but this is something you never ever should do again. This is very serious issue. Someone I know ended up in emergency room and almost died in the same situation. I don’t want to scary you - just let you know how dangerous it is.
