Re: Fasting buddies on Day 7 , how it is ?

Day 6 wasn't so bad as I was preoccupied with driving, and didn't have a whole lot of 'spare' time to lament not having food. SO decided to drive 5+ hours to buy a hat, about 11 hours round trip...

It's funny but I keep feeling like I'm wasting my fast. That is, I waste my time thinking about food, and how neglected/deprived I feel, etc. Instead of using the 'free' time I gain by not having to grocery shop, fix dinner, and poop to do something constructive. I think the feelings I'm going through are related to my relationship with food, which is terribly codependent. That's one of the things that I'm hoping a fast will fix.

Hunger hasn't completely shut off yet, breath is fowl in the mornings, there's not enough deodorant in the world to stave off my horrendous BO. I've noticed that my patch of Psoriasis has itched everyday, which it didn't before the fast. I'm thinking this supports my thoughts that my Psoriasis is toxin related. Occasionally, my tailbone will start hurting, which I'm figuring must be toxin build up in the bowels.

Do we 'store' this in our bodies the entire length of the fast?

Ready to round out the week and get started on week 2. Good luck to everyone.
