Hi! Don't worry-you're not alone. There are thousands of women worldwide who have suffered from lots of weird symptoms because of the Mirena. I had the IUS for almost three years and suffered a whole range of side effects, many of which you mentioned, eventually leading up to numbness and tingling down my left hand side and head and three Grand Mal seizures. I had loads of doctor, neurologist and hospital appointments plus lots of tests and no cause for any of my symptoms was discovered.
