help, i have mirena and there's all kind of things wrong with me

I'm glad to have found this site because I thought I was seriously losing my mind!!! I am 28 going on 29 and I have a 7 YR old daughter. I started using a Mirena, (the little white plastic looking one) about 4 years ago because i had a negative reaction to the pill. I was under the impression that there were no side effects, as that is what my Gyno told me. the first time i changed it was at 2 years, i'm not sure if it was a Mirena because i was told to take it out at 2 years and it was only about $90.00... i don't remember feeling like this back then. When I went to change it, he inserted what looked like a small white plastic wire looking device in the shape of a T.... about 6 months later i started to feel very anxious and my stomach started giving me problems, everything from indigestion to constipation, haemorrhoids, abdominal pain, flatulence, nausea, extreme gas pains specially on my right side. At times i swore i was pregnant, i don't remember my breasts being so tender where i can't walk down my stairs without holding my chest 'cause it hurts!!! I became very bitchy and snappy with everyone, i don't want to dress up or go out anymore (I was always done up) and my idea of a good time is being in my room....alone. I have been on anti-anxiety pills, sleeping pilss, (I wasn't sleeping at all) seen a psychiatrist, been treated for depression, it only worked for about 3 months and I'm feeling like this again.
I have shooting pains in all of my body and have began to think i am developing Diabetes.....I have sharp pains in between my ribs and sternum and as i'm sitting there driving i will get a pain that will shoot from one side to the other all across all of my torso, ribs, under my traps, abdomen, uterus, and finally clitoris), when this happens it takes my breath away....
My feet hurt all the time as well as my hands it feels like inflammation of the tendons and the doctor said I had Tenosynovitis in my feet...( inflammation of the tendons) It's like I can feel everything not working properly and it feels like my body is out of balance. What else......my sex drive is lower and my mind wants to do so many things but my body feels like it's falling apart. My husband is begging me to take it out, I have an appointment to have it removed on the 28th of May 2010. Wish me luck.....

My question to you out there is: Has anyone experienced any neurological or autoimmune symptoms such as constant fungal infections including yeast infections and ringworm? ..first time in my life!!!! and also if there is anyone out there that had the same type of symptoms as I did and has had it removed and can tell me what to expect? PLEASE HELP
