Re: New Liver Flush Technique? Anyone Up for A Discussion?

? So would the extra olive oil be undigestable without the bile and end up harming the colon walls even though by many its an anti-inflammatory oil?

I don't think the oil would coat your intestine but if you are worried about this take some lipase/pancreatic enzymes with the grapefruit/oil - I do this sometimes. The bile emulsifies the oil - the lipase digests it. I have been buying large containers of olive oil but have read recently it's better to buy small bottles and keep it refrigerated to keep the oil from converting to an undigestable form.

It seems that the gall bladder flush does get some toxins out of the liver but it is better to do other detox methods - I use Clark's Liver Support Tea and other herbs.

From what I have read about the bile pool it is possible to deplete it and somebody wrote on this forum some time back that Liver Flushes do deplete the bile pool some so that's one reason to not do too many flushes close together. I'm eating at least one grapefruit daily and take oat bran fiber to help with sludgy bile and increase my bile pool.
