Re: New Liver Flush Technique? Anyone Up for A Discussion?

I actually do my flush the way you describe it. Lately I haven't been able to drink the entire potion at once, so I drink the last half after 30 min. It seems to prompt the liver to push out stones from the bile ducts since the gallbladder has emptied itself out in the first 30 minutes.
I hear my gallbladder make very loud noises as it pumps bile right after I take the first dose of oil. After a while it quiets down and I know that it's empty. After the second dose of oil 30 min. later, the liver gets into high gear to compensate for the lack of bile in the gallbladder. Then I really feel stones passing as you describe.

There are different flushes that specifically include this technique.

By the way, I don't think you're free of stones. Even though you don't see green stones coming out, the fact that some unidentifiable stuff comes out shows you that you have a long way to go. 12 flushes is actually not that much, although Andreas Moritz seems to think that way.
