Re: what is the correct percentage?

I have a question about the H202 foot soaks. If to get a 3.5% solution, you must mix 35% 1:11, as I have read many places on the web, why then, would you only put 1 and 1/2 ozs. 35% into 1 gallon of water? (I have also read this many places on the web, not just here) What possible good would come of such an overly-dilute solution? Tweet
