Yeah, I know all about the cal-mag stuff. And that's the kicker, as far as I'm concerned. Iodine displaces fluoride, but calcium BINDS fluoride, and the big boys(and a few I respect a LOT here on the zone) say no calcium, so what to do?

That's why I posted the Q on the preferred form of calcium to assist with fluoride detox. I have huge respect for Newport, so ...what he said, in that thread.

Honestly, if people suspect that they are severely fluoride-toxic, I would suggest that they stay away from Iodine until AFTER they've done some fluoride detoxing utilizing other means. Some of the worst reactions to Iodine that we've seen on this forum were people that had a history of fluoride-based pharmaceutical use. Tweet
