Everyone defines allergy differently. What you have reported is more close to paradoxical reactions that pure allergy, so to say. Its not unusual. Try not to use your body as experiment. Trial and error like what you are doing is going to cause more damage over time. What you experienced is common in those with adrenal exhaustion or stage 3.
